Criteria

Context leaders frame ideation by defining criteria that signal the characteristics of good ideas. This is done before ideas for change (i.e. initiatives) are solicited. Criteria reference the emergent levers and tradeoffs to narrow the field for ideation.

Example Syntax:

"The best ideas will be specific changes that have <this characteristic>, pull <this lever> and/or emphasize <this tradeoff>."
