Goals

Context leaders translate the parent goals into their own context by refining their vision into a set of goals that are within the scope of their particular context. These will describe a local direction for change that will support the parent goals larger aspirations. Goals set general objectives for change, that will set the path towards the vision. Goals define success for the "change the business" aspirations of the context.

Example Syntax:

"Objective: <Improve> <this business capability> so that <this part of the vision> can be realized, and/or <these parent goals> will be supported"
