Levers

Context leaders arrive at strategic choices by first imagining the alternate paths they could take to produce the desired outcomes. Different paths can take different directions, and context leaders explore the different kinds of actions they can pursue, thinking of them as different "levers to pull", to trigger results that lead to the goals. In most cases, these levers are changes that could be made, in one area or another. Levers are used to explore causality between possible change actions and the goals. The most promising levers will emerge as investment themes for "changing the business" within the context.

Example Syntax:
"If we pull the lever to take <this kind of action> to trigger <this kind of change>, it might cause <this result> which could lead to <this goal>."
