Opportunities

Raw ideas are vetted into a smaller set of opportunities, using the criteria. Each opportunity is then explored more fully, to communicate its alignment with goals, its value to downstream customers, and the amount of uncertainty present. Explore uncertainty by collecting the open questions that hinder moving forward with the opportunity.

Example Syntax:
“If we <make this change>, it might help achieve <this goal> by delivering <this value>, but we still have <these questions>.”
