Sensemaking in Uncertainty with David Hurst

David Hurst is an acclaimed author, lecturer, and expert in organizational development. His career spans over two and a half decades in various multinational companies, where he witnessed and navigated through numerous organizational upheavals, coinciding with the global shift from traditional industrial models to the modern era of knowledge and information. His approach integrates the principles of complexity science and uses ecological metaphors to offer fresh insights into leadership, organizational adaptability, and fostering environments that nurture innovation and learning.

Currently, David is a faculty member in the EMBA Digital Transformation Program at the DeGroote School of Business and teaches in three graduate programs at McGill University.
